Study plans

General syllabys

Each doctoral subject has its own general syllabus (allmän studieplan - ASP). The general syllabus outlines the framework for doctoral students within each subject and includes information about the program's content and graduation requirements.

Information about the general syllabi can be found on the respective faculty's website.

Individual study plan

An Individual Study Plan (ISP) is established upon admission to the doctoral program. The individual study plan is a tool to support the development and progress of the doctoral student's studies. The doctoral student should regularly update the study plan. At least once a year, the ISP should be saved (locked in the ISP system) and the signed ISP should be archived. This is done after the annual mandatory meeting between the doctoral student, supervisor, and institutional representative.

You can find more information on the page Individual Study Plan (ISP) meeting

Information about the individual study plans can be found on the respective faculty's website.
